She seems to be one of many that Ben has off the Island, could there be a group if Island movers that need the O6 to go back so that they can as well.

I don't know but I found it surprising that Ben seemed to have a whole entourage of people in present time working for/with him. From their conversation I'm guessing Ben is the one that arrainged the ambush at the safe house too.

She's an outside world asset that conveys a "true believer" vibe. A fellow traveler to Ben rather than a subordinate. She was informed, and concerned about Ben's success rate.

I wondered if she isn't Charlie's mom. Wasn't Charlie's dad a butcher. I thought that maybe Ben has some sort of plan (with the whole time jumping thing) to maybe prevent the deaths that took place after the crash. I know that is a pretty far out theory, but then again what isn't pretty far-out about this show this season? (Not that I'm complaining!)

I think Charlie's mom would be British. Also, if she's alive she'd be living in the U.K.

The "judge" of Juliet was Isabel, the "sheriff" of the Island. She was killed in the beach camp raid per Damon and Carlton.

I agree with all y'all! The whole purpose of showing Jill and mentioning the other two guys (who may or may not have been the lawyers) was to let us know there's a network of "Other" operatives, doing ordinary stuff in the non-island world.

I can't remember if Ben mentioned the carpet van last night, but that points to Other carpet layers, doesn't it?

What this demonstrated to me is there exists a subversive "culture" aligned with the Others cause that exists in the outside world. "Hidden" in plain sight, but ready to spring into action for the "cause" at a moment's notice, and totally commited to that cause.

We've seen Ben's network before, the Other that Widmore captured. And we know Others have left the island from time to time, Ethan, Tom, Richard, etc. So it could be that Ben's side of the war has resources, like Widmore has his own, Hanso, Dharma, etc. or that there are just plenty of Others in the world gathering info, performing unknown tasks for the safety of the Island.

The casting notices have been known to go out with names different than who they actually play on the show. IMDB can be updated by anyone, sometimes they jump the gun.

Jill reminds me of Isabel but they aren't the same actress. I don't recognize Jill from any other episode but that just me.
