When I saw the caviar, I thought mmmmmm... yummy! Then I saw him slap it onto salami... and with a metal spoon. Everybody knows you're not supposed to use metal... it changes the flavor of caviar!

i'd say it's explaining his "regular guy" persona with the salami and the caviar in trying to the "rich".

speaking of food, how about miles bringing a 3-hour dead boar to eat......yummy!

It provided a nice connection between Hurley and his father, they have similiar eating habits. I could see Hurley making a sandwich like that.

I don't know about owning but it is pretty good, I also like mustard on french fries, believe me I know how wierd that is.
I almost vomited in my mouth when I saw what he was doing, thruth be told I almost vomited when I saw the caviar, it's disgusting, the wierd and gross things rich people eat drive me nuts, if I was rich like that I would still eat the same, maybe a little more lobster and duck but generally speaking I would maintain my eating habits, you can't beat a properly bbq'd piece of animal flesh, and some roasted vegies.

Salami and Caviar = Salt and even more Salt. Just unscrew a shaker, tilt your head back and pour.

I really thought it was pepperoni.
Just took another look and it definitely was the size of pepperoni, unless Cheech has some monster fingers,
and the way it's spread out like that looks like the pre-packaged, sliced p-roni that I've seen.
I actually was thinking it might be kinda good.

It looked better than FF and Mayo to me, but I do know it's a way common thing in Europe.
Doubt there's too many salami ( or pepperoni) and caviar fans out there.:cool:
