I found three times that the word "Special" appears in "The Lie". I don't actually think this means anything, but I figured I'd post if for fun. I must just be bored from the lack of juicy screencaps in the first two episodes ;).


After Hurley talks to Anna Lucia, he looks behind himself and realizes she isn't there. To the left of the shot is a hanging banner that says "Special"
