In a Mr. Eko flashback when he is a "priest" planning a drug run or something and he is given a fake passport by an american guy, he is interrupted by a lady who claims that a miracle has happened and that her daughter drowned and came back to life.

The girl who drowned is named Charlotte . Her mom is named Mrs. Melvin though.

Any connection ? The lady has some kind of accent.. might be English.

It's Australian. That is the daughter of the psychic that has put Claire on 815 telling her that someone awaits her in Los Angeles in order to adopt Aaron.

That Charlotte is shown with Richard Malkin the same Malkin that made sure Claire was on the plane. I believe that Charlotte is to be Malkins' daughter and it's just a case of the writers reusing first names..
Like Charles Widmore, Charlie Pace, Charlie Hugh, Charlotte Staples Lewis, Charlote Malkin... Ray Sheppard, Ray from the outback, Ray the dr. on the freighter.. etc....

Or it is the same person, having in another life in Austrailia..

I don't know about you all, but the repeated names drive me nuts. I hope there's a bigger reason rather than that there are so many characters, they have to repeat names sometimes. The repeating Charlottes are really annoying. I don't find Charlotte to be that common of a name, though it is gaining in popularity these days, I guess.

We all know people with the same names, I have 5 Danielles at my job alone. I don't think its a big deal that they reuse some names. It would only get annoying to me if 2 main characters had the same name as long as its side line back story characters that you see only once or twice I don't think it should matter.
