Okay... now I know how it is for an actor to have to watch themselves... extremely uncomfortable and not always the most enjoyable experience what with the critiquing and the "I should have done that differently" or "I look really weird" etc... just generally awkward. So I know what it's like for an actor...

But what about a writer/producer. Do you go through the same sort of stuff an actor goes through? Or is it a lot less... nerve-racking... so to say? Do you do what the actors do and get together with the other writers and staff and watch an episode? To easy the tension and your own criticism? Or do you just sit back and watch... perhaps with a beer and a bowl of popcorn? Laughing at all the inside jokes you've so cleverly inserted in there while the cat glances over at you with a "WTF?" expression on it's face?
