I am suspicious that Jack's surgery on Locke will not only save Locke's life, but will restore is ability to walk. If this turns out to be the case then I become even more suspicious that this event is somehow related to Locke being able to walk when they first crashed on the island. But I am not sure how they could be related. If they are related then I would expect to find out that Rose somehow gets her cancer cured in the ATL. Any thoughts?

I agree that somehow Jack will give Locke the ability to walk again. Now, if thats the cause of his on island miracle then I have no idea HOW. Is this loop somehow first? Is there a deep connection between the ALT & original? Im sure we wont know until the finale

The foreshadowing points to Jack making Locke able to walk again. However......I'd much rather see Jack have a Sun-like reaction to Locke in the O.R, pull a move like he did when operating on Ben, kill Locke and have it be a "bleed-over" killing Island Flocke as well.

OH NO! I want Locke in some reality to be happy! Anyway MIB could take over a different body if he didnt have Locke's body, no?
