i'm an avid reader of old english/scottish/irish lit. i've spent the last few years wandering through george macdonald's (uneditted) novels (http://www.johannesen.com/Heather&SnowComplete.htm) and fell in love with the imagery and inflection of the language and the resounding heart of the people.

i've seen you show your latin side via some of your answers on this forum and wondered if there was a scottish equivalent. can you also speak fluent scot?
