Hi!

My name is Emily and I am a highschool senior and I stumbled onto this site today after reading an article about Hurley on the NY Post online. I saw how you answered fans questions and were very involved with the board (something the article actually made mention to as well) and I just wanted to thank you and say that I think that is really great. I hope you know that by taking time to talk with the fans you are truly brightening people's days. :)

I did have one question for you... I love theater and acting and right now I am an intern at a community theater and next year I'll be in a college that has a very good theater program. Acting is what I really want to do (particularly film) but it just seems like such an impenetrable industry. Do you have any advice or words of wisdom that you can share?

Oh and actually one more question (though hopefully this one is a little easier lol) What is your favorite part of your job (in general or on LOST)?

My favorite part of the job is the cast. I love these people.

If you choose this life, you have to decisde this is the career you want everyday. Because sometimes it gets hard and it won't work if you don't love it. And join a class because it gives a place to work out and produce whether or not you're booking.
