Hi, I'm a big fan of Lost.
To me, it seems like the show has gradually moved slightly away from it's soap-operatic beginning and moved more into sci-fi territory than when it first premiered.
Personally I liked that and I like the current Sci-Soap-Fi balance, but I think there's a segment of the audience out there who may've gotten irked by it.
Has this ever been a concern for you guys ?
If nothing else, Lost has done it with more subtlety than its soap opera predecessors. I think the Dynasty spin-off had an alien-abduction storyline
and I know that in the past, daytime soaps have had storylines involving demonic possession and lost civilizations existing underground.
Thanks again.
