first of all I'd just like to say wow, you're doing an amazing job and I look forward *to watching Lost every week and every week I hope for the Hurley episode to find out more about your character. Just a few questions in relation to acting

1. how did you get your start?
2.do you enjoy what you do, why or why not?
3.did you attend a university involving acting?
4. what advice would you give people like myeself who want to get in to the acting business?

1. how did you get your start? Hmm... I joined a class at the Beverly Hils Playhouse. That is the moment I "entered the game" as a professional.
2.do you enjoy what you do, why or why not? Of course. It's the best job in the world.
3.did you attend a university involving acting? I did not study acting in University. Although I did do a play when I was there.
4. what advice would you give people like myeself who want to get in to the acting business? Do it. Get pictures, join a class because it gives you a place to work out and produce even when the jobs aren't coming. And don't set a time limit. You have to decide that this is the carreer you want EVERYDAY OF YOUR LIFE.

thanks for the advice, I'll keep it in mind. I'm taking Film/Video this year which gives me a chance to be both behind and in front of the camera. My friend Kyle and I both plan on going into acting as a career and are making a script now for a movie but are having trouble finding funds to get the stuff we need, lol we've decided fundraisers are in order. We plan on using the video as a audition tape for university. Do you have any thoughts on things we might be able to do to get this off the ground?


and one of my fave movies (I have over 300 so it's hard to pick one) would have to be THe Shawshank Redemption.
