hey Jorge,

i'll cut to the chase because i realise you have plenty of these posts to read through!

You are considered to be a sort of 'comic relief' on lost, with your great one liners and lovely charm that you exude in every scene! I must say i particularly loved your scene in one of the first episodes where you were helping Jack remove the metal from the marshall's wound. When you fainted over the marshall's body, it was just hilarious!

When you're acting, is there an absolute script that you must follow? Or are you allowed to put some impromptu and personal humour into each line to 'tailor' it your own natural charm? You always seem to come across so 'in your element' in the funny scenes.. now this clearly reflects your incredible acting ability.. but would you also say that hurley is quite an honest reflection of yourself? If so, in what ways are you similar/different?

one more question: were you a fan of jj abram's other show 'Alias' before you joined the cast of lost?

Thanks for your time, and all the best for your future successes,

Bianca (all the way from the UK!)

Yes hurley and i are definitely cut from the same cloth. I'm probably a better speller though (b-o-d-y-s).
Pretty much everything I say is on the page. I might switch a dude or a man or like around but that's it.
I did get a great improvised moment when I was conducting the census. They weren't saying cut right away after my scene with Locke so I would do lines to the woman who passes by. And the line about "I know I already talked to you I just wanted to get away..." made the show.

Yes I was a J.J. fan before the show which is part of why I signed on before they had a finished script. (The other part was Hawaii)
