So far Locke has killed two boars and at least skinned and basted one them while cooking it, will we see the characters eat or are we to assume they ate it when the episode is over?

Will we get to see any of the male characters clean themselves up. There was that scene with Sun, now how about the guys? Or at least a change of clothes because I would think by now, their odor would be attracting the monster (s).
