Hey, William

I asked Terry the same question, and then I though "Why limit myself, I'll ask William too." :) Anyway, here's my question:

Which of the parts you've played over the years are you the most proud of? A part where you, yourself really feel like you nailed it, and there's nothing you would want to do different?

Personally, I really love your work in "In the bedroom". How was it working with Todd Fields? Is he the kind of director who knows exactly what he wants and gives alot of direction, or does he want a bunch of different takes, just so he has a variety of choices in the editing room?

Sorry for the extra questions, I hope you don't mind. :)

Sincerly,
Ricard

ricard,

thanks for the tough question. what happened to, 'what's your favorite color?'!!!
i've never felt, and doubt i ever will, that i don't want to change anything in a performance. that's what makes watching them difficult--the desire to go back and improve it.
i'm not crazy about superlative questions--there are aspects to all my roles i like and dislike. i will say that i think that 'itb' and todd field offered me one of my best opportunities so far. todd had a pretty clear idea of what he wanted, but he's also smart enough to see and explore alternatives when they appear.
thanks for the question.

Favorite color? Is that the most frequent question The Fuselage has to offer? Well, as long as I'm already posting... (Just kidding.) ;)

I thank you for your statisfying answer, and keep up the good work. Hopefully we'll see your character back on Lost in an "Island"-flashback, or something. That would be cool. :)

Best wishes,

Ricard
