This is something I was very curious about last season, but at the end of hunting party it really hit me again. So I figured hey, ask Javi!! But he hasn't answered so I'm asking you too, in the hopes it's addressed in a podcast! - woo hoo

How does Jack know how to use guns? How does he know how to fight so well? How is it he would even consider "an army" a viable move for the camp? He did not employ any real "tactics" in hunting party, sort of running out into the open when he probably shouldn't have and all, so I have to wonder where Jack's experience lies.

We've seen him as a doctor, and only as a doctor. Knowing the kind of training they have, the years of school, and the type of work Jack does as a doctor, the training involved. When has he had time for guns? Boxing?

Will we see Jack's past this season? ROTC? Did he do 4 years in the military before med school? Lots of paintball? (I think he'd know how to use cover better if he played paintball!)

Whatever the case, I am looking forward to new episodes and would like to say that the show is building up some real steam again!! THANK YOU!!!
