Harold,
First of all, as everyone agrees, you have been a joy to watch over the first season and a half of Lost. Thanks very much for all of your hard work--it really gives so much to the many viewers that watch the show.
My question: it's obvious that Michael has had a lot of challenges since arriving on the island, and of course even more in the weeks leading up to the crash. He has a lot of reasons to be angry and frustrated. Of course, the writers know this and often put you in scenes where you have to show such anger. So is it very challenging to get yourself in this mindset for so many scenes? Is it easy to let go of between takes?
Seeing how much emotion you put into your performances, I hope you're still having a lot of fun out there. I'm sure you are.
Best of luck in the weeks ahead!
