I am sitting here watching the Golden Globes and pondering people in their fancy robes and I see that Lost has not been noted as the top of the pops in television drama . This is not the first time I've experienced the "trauma" of seeing a show I adore get robbed of its glory but tonight something's different and that is that this time I might express my gratitude to all of you involved in this show. I don't want to be accused of offering a simple ego massage but I have only been here at the fuselage for a week and already can see there's a special dynamic among the fans and the cast and all involved in making Lost that makes it extend outside of the box that we call t.v. Each of you offers your own unique traits both in acting and out here in what I guess is the real world and despite all your schedules which I can't even imagine you ration some time to answer questions from fans and to allow us to express to you our appreciation for all that you are and all that you do. I'm not aware of a site called Nip Tuckasage or Sopranosasage or anything else nor am I aware of a show where writers and actors and producers et.al. play with the fans and are so generous with effort and with valuable time.

So even though you do not have a trophy I hope you will accept my own humble thanks and my word that if I had some precious metal to meld you all would bear a statue though of what I don't know and thanks for the show that is a small slice of heaven like an oasis stuck straight in the center of the desert called "week". Thank you for putting this site here online so that your fans could whine and squeal in delight, and thank you for spending your precious free time on here during the day and so late at night. Thank you for letting me offer virtual back-pats to people who are genuine onscreen and off. Your accolades are sure to come and in the meantime* just know that you have some lucky fans who know how lucky they are to know you.
