How do you guys keep the characters "in character" between writers? Sorry if this has been answered before. If so just link me to it.

we all work pretty closely in the writer's room to develop storiies, characters and dialogue - and the executive producers oversee all the writing, so it's not hard to keep the continuity. we don't really work in a vacuum.
