hi!* first let me say that i really admire your work on lost* :).* locke looks like a really complex role to play.* i was just hoping that if you had time maybe you could answer my two questions (or even just one.)
1. in tv times you mentioned that when locke sees something coming through the trees, david lindelof told you "it's the most beautiful thing you've ever seen in your life." the publication made it sound like the monster, but were you referring to claire when she came through the trees in the last episode?* (don't answer that if you don't want to... you wouldn't want to give too much away, i bet.)
2. as i mentioned before, locke is really complex.* he's very serious and contemplative.* is this a part of your personality that you can tap into for the role, or did you really have to study the character to master the depth of his mind?
thanks, keep up the great work. i can't wait until more new episodes come back! ps. my friend laura says locke is her favorite character and she loves the knife wielding skills. :D
