Hi, first off I just want to tell you guys that you have made an amazing show that I hope will be on for many years to come.

My question is, when you guys went into production of the pilot I heard you originally only had 13 main/regular cast members then Emilie de Ravin (Claire) came on board as number 14 after originally just being a guest star. ABC has her listed as a regular cast member but IMDB (Usually flawed but still worth asking about) only has her listed as a guest star. That has led to speculation that Claire will be the much rumored character that dies (in which case I hope you guys realize that you will have many Claire/Charlie shippers breaking down your doors forcing a resurrection...lol). To add to the rumors her name didn't even appear in the credits for "House of the Rising Sun". So, I was wondering is the cast only listed in the credits for the episodes they appear in, unlike other shows where the credits remain the same (with "Charmed" being another exception) for regular cast, or what was the reason for Emilie's name disappering this week? And to finally put to rest all the rumors flying around can you confirm or deny Emilie's status as a regular cast member?

And one final statement...you guys ROCK!!

It's simple, really.

The cast is enormous for a series and the network would only allow a finite number of regulars (the budget wouldn't support anymore). So some characters could only be afforded as guest stars initially. But that doesn't mean that won't be seen again, or that their fates are predestined. It's really just a matter of creative bookkeeping.
