Hey, I was wondering how you came to work on Lost. Did you audition for another part, or just...I don't even know how it works. Lol!

I'm trying to learn because I've been really interested for a while now in going into acting (preferably TV but I won't turn any sort down :) ). I can't think of any place I'd rather be, any job--any life--I'd rather have than to work on Lost. I'm only 16, and even if I could completely uproot from my life here in Ohio, ditching school and friends (scary thought!)...The Others don't seem to take kindly to children. Or, well, maybe they take a little too kindly to them. :biggrin:

So, if I were to attempt to get maybe even an appearance on the show, or even not an acting job but working behind the scenes somehow, how would I be able to do that? I'm sure showing up one day and asking what I can do to help isn't the best way, lol.

i got my spot on lost b/c jj was scouting police files and liked my mug.
as for getting on lost, don't try crime. it was a fluke for me. i don't know how they handle appearances. i'm sure someone finds extras, but you probably have to be in hawaii for that.. as for a featured role, you probably need to have an agent for that.
maybe try contacting the production office or abc.com for a FAQ section..
