First off, I just wanted to say thank you for responding to my request for an autograph. I was thrilled to get the picture and it really helped solidify you as a "nice guy" in my book. Most actors wouldn't take the time, but for the fans, we really appreciate it!

I just wanted to ask you how long filmilng lasts each season. I read on the boards that you live in MD in the when not filming, but do you have to live in Hawaii the entire time while filming? (I could think of worse fates!) I would hope that you don't have to be away from your family for too long of a time!

Anyway, I wish you the best in your career and both my husband and I look forward to many more seasons of the show!

We started in Mid - July this year, Stephanie, and will finish in early April. We had two weeks off in December. I guess that's how it'll go should we be fortunate inough to come back next season. My wife was able to spend most of the season with me, so all was well. Glad you got the picture.........and thanks for caring.
