Hey Dom--
I debated on whether or not I was gonna post on your board, but after reading your article in Rolling Stone, I really want to.* What a great article!* Thanks so much for your honesty and candor (isn't that the same thing* :-\) about your struggles after making Rings.* Not many actors would be willing to admit that for fear that it may damage their "public image", so not only did I find it incredibly refreshing, but it made respect you even more.* I think it speaks to the kind of person you are that you went through such a dark time and are able to look back on it with a healthy perspective and see how you grew from it.*

I remember watching the appendices on the extended cut of Fellowship and thinking "This guy is freakin' hilarious...why in the Hell is he not working??"* As a struggling actor myself, I know the feeling.* I was thrilled when I saw you in the promos for Lost, and I have not been disappointed.* Dude, you are doing some quality work on the show, and you should be proud.* And if the powers that be are smart they should push you (and Terry O'Quinn) for the best supporting actor emmy, cause you do everything a supporting actor should do...steal practically every scene you're in without making it look like you're stealing the scene.* And the scene with you and the debate over the diary was absolutely priceless!

Keep up the good work!
Kim
