I've noticed that there are a lot of similarities between Lost and Stephen King's Dark Tower series. I know you've admitted to using The Stand as inspiration in parts of the show, but the more I watch, the more I see the connection to King's bigger project. For example, Charlie Pace is a cross between Larry Underhill and Harry Dean.

So my big question is how much of an influence is The Dark Tower on the series and of the seven books which have been most inspirational to the series and your writing inparticular?
