I was reading some of the archive VIP posts and read that you were a fishtarian. I didn't realize that there were other different types of vegetarians other than lacto vegetarians and vegans. I'm actually considered a Lacto-Vegetarian(I don't any meat or meat products. but I do eat egg and dairy products) How long have you been a fishtarian? Was it easy to switch to that diet?

Hey there... Well, I'm not sure if what I am could even be called "vegetarian" in any way, since fish don't grow on trees* :-\, but there's a technical term for it that's escaping me at the moment, I'll have to look it up, I'll get back to you on that. I'm not terribly strict about it-- like if there's chicken stock in my vegetable soup I won't have a cow (get it? tee hee* ;))... It wasn't too hard, it just sort of happened... It just so happened that I didn't eat meat for a while then I just decided it was something I could do without, and a little while later the same thing happened with chicken/turkey, etc. Now when I accidentally eat pork or chicken in a sandwish or something it sort of weirds me out and it also doesn't agree with me at all. I guess my body isn't used to working through those meats anymore. It's so weird how our bodies become accustomed and adapt.

Thank you so much for replying. I actually now exactly how you feel. I can not be around meat or seafood with out feeling a little nauseous. Everytime I go grocery shopping I take the long way around to avoid those sections. I live in a place were everyone here eats meat but me, So it gets hard sometimes. But I made a commitment to this and I plan to keep it. Thank you again for your reply
