Hiya, love the show, etc. I'm interested in the postproduction aspect of the show. Since y'all shoot in Hawaii, do you do post there, as well? How long does it usually take to edit an episode? And, what editing software is used? I've taken a class in Avid and am about to take one in Final Cut Pro. Would really like to get an idea about industry standards/practices.
