I've been a Die-hard Buffy/ Angel fan for years and have always dug your writing, so thank you for lending your gifts and making Lost one the best show on right now. If you don't get an Emmy for "Walkabout" you're being robbed!! Now allow me to remove my lips from ooff your butt to ask a few questions:


In the episode "Special," it is strongly implied that walt has the power to manifest things at a subconcious level, Like the bird and the Polar bear. My question is with the power of the island seemingly giving some other people the abilty to bend or affect reality to their will (I.e Jack "ressurecting" Charlie. Locke's ability to walk. ) Anyway, the question is; Could the entire islands happenings be being manipulated by Walt? Or is the Island's own innate and mysterious powers amplifying Walt's powers?
Are there other manifistations on the island? Or are these things manifistations at all? Is Ethan Rom a Manifistation of Charlie's want and need to take care of someone? Am I reading to much in to this? Am I ruining the secret for everyone? Will I ever stop asquing theoretical questions. . . Sorry got carried away.

Anyway your thoughts or insights to these quandries would be great!
