Dear Carlton and Damon,

I just wanted to thank you so much for Not in Portland. That was an excellent show. So many wonderful parts of it, I don't know where to start. Let's see. Juliet just blows me away! Elizabeth Mitchell is fantastic, she lights up the screen and the chemistry with Jack is really good.

Secondly, the Kate and Sawyer scenes were perfect. I couldn't breathe where she was holding on to her man so tight. And his arm behind him protecting her and the other hand over hers on his chest was so natural. It wasn't the least bit contrived or cumbersome at all. Evi and Josh looked like they were actually in love with each other. And Kate trying to jump in front of Sawyer to protect him was perfect.

I must admit you guys had a me a little worried earlier before the show came back, but I have faith in you two. You did a fantastic job. I loved Kate saying goodbye to Jack. I cried at how much pain she was in. You two made Sawyer look so sad for her, and then had him be so kind and tender when he had to make her leave. Absolutely outstanding!!!

And I'm so glad we got to hear the line "...take the walkie, take Sawyer, go..." I had heard the podcast where that line was there but was cut from the actual show, so I'm glad it was back. And, Jack telling Tom to turn off the walkie was the perfect ending.

This was almost as good as "I Do". Thank you guys so much.
