Hey Carlton.
I've read/heard/understand that structure of Desmond's flashback is a one and only type of thing.
That's a real shame, because the flashback device suddenly became wildy innovative once again.
I've been bored with the backstory of Jack and Kate and Sawyer for some time. I really don't care how or why Jack got his tattoes. (Maybe you can prove me wrong, soon. I hear a Thailand woman is involved, so maybe something kinky will be involved.)
I'm sorry that the ratings for Wednesday's show were so low. Why did you schedule such a good episode so late on Valentines Day?
I was also put off by Matthew Fox in last weeks Entertainment Weekly Magazine bidding "good riddance" to any viewers not happy with the first six episodes from season three. Did you guy want me to stop watching, too. I didn't especially enjoy the first six episodes.
I'm very fond of Lost. But when I (or others) on www.thefuselage.com (http://www.thefuselage.com) have expressed unhappiness about the dramatic direction that the show has taken, I/we have been told to not watch anymore, by this forum. Do the producers of this show really endorce the efforts of this forum to chase marginal fans? (I did stop watching last season as a result, but caught up with iTunes.)
Anyway... Best of luck to you in creating further excellent episodes of LOST TV, which is the only thing I can ask of you.
