'Flashes Before your Eyes' for me.

Flashes before your eyes. It was totally mind blowing!! It was very different for Lost, to have an episode mainly of "flashbacks". I cannot wait to see the rest of the season though, by the end I think I'll have a new favorite. Next week may prove to be that new favorite, since it's Locke's flashback!!!

Without a doubt, Par Avion......It totally surpasses Maternity Leave, which was my favorite episode period. Last nights episode was just chop full of what makes lost better than any other show out there. Mikails Death, Claire, Goth Claire, Claires flashback, Jack spiking that football at the end, man everything about the episode was just great.......

Flashes was good but Enter 77 was a Sayid-centric Thrill ride.

Flashes was great, unique and a joy to watch, but I liked the balance of Par Avion (beach, rescue party, solid flashback), so it got my vote.

Ask me again in a week, though!

I wasn't a huge fan of ANY of the mini-season episodes.

However I must say - apart from the very disappointing 'Stranger in a Strange Land - every episode since the hiatus has been excellent. NIP, Flashes, Tricia Tanaka, Enter 77 and Pa Avion - all first class eps. All much better than most of S2 I think.

Definitely FBYE for me -- I can never get too much Desmond -- with Tricia Tanaka is Dead a close second. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of both of those.

For me FBYE is the benchmark of the season so far. But I've heard that next week episode is awesome so it may change soon.

Another "Flashes" fan here... and I agree that the episodes have been rock-solid except for the weaker Jackback one.

It helps that they're shown in order and uninterrupted by any hiatus... :rolleyes:

FBYE just because it was a pretty big departure from what normal episodes are like. Enter 77 and Par Avion are tied for my second favorite though. I'm thinking next weeks ep will surpass these though which is awesome that the season keeps getting better as it goes on.

Has to be Par Avion. That episode is right in the top 5 of my favourite episodes of all time.

After that I would say The Glass Ballerina - the best out of the mini season IMO.

And Enter 77 is the third best of the season IMO.

Stranger in a strange land - one of the most disgraceful episodes I've ever seen of Lost. IMO.

Not in Portland, mostly because I adore Juliet. But her backstory was excellent. The first one is always the sweetest.

No question, Flashes was the best. I would put it high up on the list of all of the episodes, not only season 3.

Tricia Tanaka is Dead may end up being my favorite episode of all time.

Flashes before your Eyes with special mention to Tricia Tanaka is Dead and Par Avion.

It's hard to pick a favourite, but I chose Flashes Before Your Eyes.

I love it when the show breaks convention a bit, and this episode was a great example of this. :thumbsup:

Interesting that the post-hiatus episodes seem much more popular than the mini-season. Flashes is the runaway favourite so far.

I liked Tricia Tanaka is Dead the best so far. I would pick Stranger in a Strange Land as my second choice because I adore Jack.

"Flashes Before Your Eyes" has to be my favorite episode so far but i'm putting good money that next weeks Locke centric episode will top FBYE. I'm glad Locke is getting back to his season 1 self.

Enter 77.

It was classic LOST, you could have dropped it into the middle of season 1 with little trouble.

I liked it because it marked the return of John Locke as a major plot force. Why did he blow up the station? Good or evil?

I like Locke when he's in a grey area and this episode nicely re-established him.

"Flashes Before Your Eyes" was my second pick.

Without a doubt 'Flashes Before Your Eyes'. One of the best episodes ever. Mysterious, mind-blowing and heartbreaking. 'The Man From Tallahassee' was a really great episode too. But it's got nothing on 'Flashes'.

Par Avion. Like someone said, it was balanced, which I loved.

I voted Enter 77 (big surprise, right?), but seriously considered giving it to Par Avion. That episode was amazing. I'm surprised so many people picked FBYE. I'm actually a pretty big Desmond fan, but I didn't love that episode. It wasn't anywhere close to being as painful as Stranger in a Strange Land, but still not one of Lost's finest IMHO. But to each his/her own. :)

S3 has been a real mixed bag for me.

LOVED = Flashes, Pa Avion, Enter 77 and Tricia Tanaka.

LOATHED = I Do and Stranger in a Strange Land.

I think my faviorate episode up to this point was or is Enter 77. I liked how we were able to see the Flame Hatch.

My favorite Season 3 episodes so far are

Enter 77, Par Avion, and I Do.

Now one of my fav. lines: (when Jack yells on the walkie talkie to Kate in I Do)
Jack- "Damnit, Kate.. Run!!"

I loved the suspense and mystery in those three episodes. They are the BEST in S3 I've seen so far. The 'Flashes Before Your Eyes' epi was good too, that one would come next after those. FBYE was a very confusing and mind blowing epi!! LOL Didn't know what to expect next! Which made it so good!!
