Jack,

First of all, I must say that I am a huge fan of the show and your work. I originally posted this question in another thread--and quickly realized that it NEEDED to be directed at you

I noticed something in this past week's Juliet-centric episode.

The shot of Juliet looking out from the submarine was the polar opisite of Locke looking into the Hatches and sub. Now I know there are no such things as coincidencs on the show.... so is this just a camera trick to show us how polar opposite they are?

Locke is looking into the island, because deep down he wants to stay more than anything--and will do anything to make that happen....even betray his friends, blow stuff up, etc.

Juliet is looking out from the island, because sdeep down she wants to leave more than anything--and will do anything to make that happen... even betray her "friends", and who knows what else is coming!

They are both clearly out for themselves right now. I was just curious if this part of the story will come out somehow in a brighter light? Maybe not this week...maybe not the next... but eventually?

Again, I LOVE the show, and truly respect your vision.
