Hi. Love the show, love your work. The other night (Numbers) was another terrific episode.
Nagging question.
How did Sam Toomey use the numbers to determine the # of jellybeans in the carny's jar? Add them together... 108 is not very many, I'm sure that would have been guessed previously. And put them together as a whole... 4 billion, 815 million, 162 thousand, three hundred and forty-two... that's an improbable number of jellybeans, I'd think. So how many were there, and how did 'the numbers' assist?
