Please do not let it go on 3 or 4 seasons too long like Buffy. Or 3 or 4 seasons too long like Angel. (Seems like 3 seasons is about right)

I know its a business... I know you gotta make money... but please.. don't let the mythology become baroque (or broke) with too much added baggage.

If you had to, you could always get the personal issues of this group resolved and then have a second group - a new set with new issues .. for the follow-on

Oh... I am probably spitting in the wind here....... Money will kill the art.... but it will feed the artists. Its a deal. Maybe like the one Locke made with the beast.
