We know that Jack was on the Island for the 2004 World Series, and he apparently gets back to civilization sometime thereafter. Will Jack get to see his Red Sox in the 2007 fall classic? Or might he see their 14 game lead dwindle to just a couple of games before getting his wish and ending up back on the Island, incommunicado. :)

Like any long suffering Red Sox fan, he would have to assume that they did not win their first AL East title in a dozen years, nor did they even qualify for the playoffs.
