Question:

Brittany Perrineau played both a girl Sawyer was with and a Lotto Girl
Geoff Heise played both a man (in the Pilot) and a doctor.
Michael Adamshick played the Lotto official and an anesthesiologist.

In each case, can we infer the the two characters are actually one character? For example, are the Lotto officlal and the anesthesiologist the same character?

This is important (I think) so that we can understand the linkages between characters.
