Obviously, Abbadon knows enough about the island's properties to know that he'll need a Physicist to study the magnetic properties of the island, an anthropologist to study lost civilizations(?), and a seer that can communicate with the dead.

The bigger question is this...does this confirm that the whispers ARE the voices of the dead????

If not then who is Miles there to communicate with?

I feel like you can't really CONFIRM anything on this show.... once u think u know what's going on, something happens to make u rethink it. But I'm def thinking it's dead people too. trapped souls? who knows.

I agree, confirm it, no...but make it more likely, I think its a definite maybe! Possibly the voices of the deceased DHARMA initiative groups continuing their experiments in the afterlife? :)

Nothing's confirmed until the fat lady sings, for sure but these guys know WAY more about the properties of the island to not have some connection to the secrets of Dharma.

I'm not saying they are Dharma (not saying they aren't either!) but Abbadon picked them for a reason. If there were not voices of the dead on that island, he would have chosen someone other than a guy that "hears dead people". (nod to Sixth Sense:biggrin: )

I really think that we may have been given an answer. Somebody dead has already talked to Miles on island (Naomi) and I'm sure that someone else will too...very soon.
