A luger? There have been many guns on the show, and I suppose that hers could be a dharma throwback, but it just seemed out of place. Anyone have any thoughts?

Darlton have said that the others are comprised of groups that have been assimilated over the years. Perhaps the luger came from one of these assimilated groups? Maybe Nazi explorers who were looking for entrance into the "hollow earth" at the North Pole during WWII? :P

It's a walther p-38, and they've had these guns on the show since the second season. When Jack got into the locker of weapons in the Hydra station, he grabbed a P38.

It's not really out of place at all.
