I loved the scene. But I have one question. The facial expressions that Locke made while Claire wasn't looking at him. Were those accurate? O'Quinn is an incredible actor, and I was wondering if something(not going to say what) could be read into them.

well... they were accurate, insofar as he actually had those expressions....

...terry is an amazing actor, and he brings tons of levels to everything he does, so if you think there is something to be found in his expressions, i assure you, he wasn't just doing it for sport - there is a lot to locke, much more than meets the eye - but remember, it's not always the little things, but the bigger picture (as in "don't obsess on the one detail" - unless you must, in which case, do!)
