I'm surprised that with all the confirmed time talk, that we are not back to Adam and Eve.
Any new thoughts?! I'm not sure where I stand on this, but would love to hear some ideas.

I was just thinking about Adam and Eve. Jack seemed to believe their clothes had been decomposing for, like, 40 years, right? Presuming that Adam and Eve have been decomposing strictly on the Island, how many years is that in real time?

Ok I know you guys are referencing the couple when they found the caves, but are you thinking this could be Eden because that could be very cool.

There are a lot of the "original mysteries" that I have waited to have answered. Adam and Eve are one of them I'm stll waiting for.

I've heard a lot of combinations in the past: Desmond & Penny, Jack & Kate, Sawyer & Kate, Rose & Bernard, even Nikki and Paulo :D . The list goes on and on. It sure is fun to speculate!

Unfortunately, I think this will be one of the issues addressed towards the end of the series. I have a feeling that the Adam and Eve story will be a HUGE reveal.

Miles "talking" to them is a possiblity. On that note I think Miles is going to be very important in revealing some mysteries since he's a "medium".

I have seen nothing else on this, and Ihaven't been able to find it.

No Jen, this was like, last week, and the most recent of the transcribed podcasts. Unless if I misread the thread...but since I can't seem to find it...Yeah...its lost...I can't confirm.

I dunno, just watched the 3 podcasts for this season so far.
No mention of Adam and Eve or an anagram.
Must be mistaken.
Oh well.

In the Bible, God expelled Adam and Eve from the Garden of Eden and placed an angel to guard the entrance to the Garden. Could Smokey be the Garden's protector? Also, as punishment to Eve, God made childbearing painful. Could this be the reason that women die in childbirth? Since no one is supposed to be occupying the Garden, perhaps one punishment in death in childbirth. The problems that plague the characters may be punishment as well.

(I am sure there is more to this but I can't think of anything else at the moment.)
