Javi,
Not sure if answering this question would give anythign away, but here goes anyway.
In numbers the lady living in the middle of nowhere said that her husband used the numbers to guess how many beans where in the jar the size of the pony. Assuming he used the numbers straight out then that would be over 4.8 billion beans. Well some of my friends and I did some calculations and that many beans would fit into a Cube being 16 meters on each side. That is big, almost too big.
Also the person who put the beans in the jar had to count them. Assuming he counted one per second the numbers look like this
60 seconds
x 60 minutes
x 24 hours
x 365 days / year
Equals 31,536,000 beans you would be able to count in a year
now take 4,815,162,342 and divide into it 31,536,000 and you get:
152.7 YEARS
Well this is all a little unbelieveable. Was this just an oversight, or was it meant that the husband used the numbers in a different way, like adding all the numbers togethor to get the answer?? Can you clear this up for some of us who have been trying to figure this out.
I know I have to much time on my hands, but I took some of the numbers from some other peoples calculations.
Oh and by the way love the show, can't wait for the next episode.
