Hello, another question...this time about Kate.

Will we find out about her crime in episode 12? Also, many people think she's innocent, but I personally think it would be even better if she was guilty. If she is guilty, was it self defense?

And during that scene in Tabula Rasa I got the feeling that she had convinced the Marshal/shrapnel guy of her innocence, they had an affair or close friendship of some sort, and then she ran off. Which made him think she was indeed guilty. I think this would fit in with her apparant trust issues.

Is any of this in any way correct?

episode twelve - counting "tabula rasa" as episode "101" is actually about walt and michael.

episode 10 "whatever the case may be" is about kate's past, but not necessarily about the crime that landed her in the marshal's radar.

kate's relationship with the marshal is currently a "what you see is what you get" thing - there may be more to it than what you saw, but it will only be revealed if it can inform what's going on in the island.

but i DEFINITELY can't tell you whether kate is innocent or guilty - or of what - come on! that would take the piss out of the whole thing, wouldn't it?

Im so confused on the whole episode listings. Forgot the Pilot counts as one.....blah.

Kate's whole backstory is plauging me...*wouldn't mind having the piss taken out of it*

Although, I guess it will be more of an impact to see it unfold on the screen.
