Did Naomi parachute on the island alone? Could there have been more trained gun men with her? It's just a little confusing for me. I remember Naomi talking to (can't remember the name, the guy that recruited her and visited Hurley at the mental institution) She said that it was dangerous to take them on the mission, so we know that she expected it to be a job for more than one person. Is it possible that some of the other crew were with her on the helicopter when Charlie and Desmond found her? Maybe they were hiding out waiting for an opportunity to strike and that's when they killed Karl and possibly Danielle Rousseau. Ben did say to Alex that the people were more dangerous than him.

When Naomi first arrived, when she was injured, she said in Portuguese that she was not alone. Mikhail was the only one there who might have understood her.

It would make sense that she was not alone. I believe she was on a scouting mission when she crashed. I believe two people are supposed to go on scouting missions since it doubles your field of view and increases your chances of seeing whatever it is you're looking for.
If she was by herself, I consider that a big plot hole by the writers.
If she was not by herself, where are her colleague(s)? They may have died in the crash. I would have thought a colleague would have tried to find Naomi as soon as possible. If he/she saw Naomi injured with the Losties I would have guessed that he/she would have gone in to assist Naomi. Certainly they would have done something after she was murdered by Locke.

She probably was alone and Frank was the helicopter pilot.
