I don't think this is spoilery so....Did Sawyer get the gun/badge from Kate's Marshal or was there another Marshal on the plane that he got them from?

Sorry if it puts you on the spot, but it would sure help if you could clear that up!

he got it from the marshall, gave it to kate, then got it from kate again and shot the marshal.
